A seed was planted back in 1998 in the trendy neighborhood of ‘The Junction’. Since then our portfolio has grown to 17 properties comprising of approximately 1,000,000 sq ft with high rise density approaching circa 4,000,000 sq ft on select urban sites within our portfolio.

We immerse ourselves into the community by engaging with its members to deliver convenience and enhance their lifestyle. Our vision is to provide necessary goods and services, and manage the properties in a first-class manner.

Primarily, we are property and asset managers, experienced in industrial, sub-urban retail plazas, and mixed-use commercial/residential properties, spanning southern Ontario from Hamilton to Kingston. What sets us apart is our in-house capabilities and expertise.
